Agena Group is proud to contribute £3,446.53 as part of our social value partnership with Hyde Housing, supporting the RSPCA West Sussex Branch at Mount Noddy Animal Centre.
Before this support, the centre operated with just one computer, shared by staff and volunteers for all welfare, data, and case management activities. This created delays in logging visits and welfare work, limiting the efficiency of a small, dedicated team.
With our donation, the centre has replaced both their outdated desktop and laptop with modern, secure systems — ensuring they can continue their work effectively as Windows 10 reaches end-of-support. This technology upgrade enables the team to respond faster to the increasing number of animals requiring care, streamline administrative processes, and maximise the impact of their dedicated volunteers.
Juliet Stallard, Funding Officer at Mount Noddy, highlighted the pressures the centre faces: rising welfare cases, often linked to social challenges among pet owners, alongside reduced legacy income in recent years. She emphasised that efficiency improvements are critical for the team to continue delivering high-quality animal care under these challenging conditions.
Hayley George, Head of Account Management & Client Success, visited the centre to present the cheque and see firsthand how the support is helping both staff and animals alike.
This contribution demonstrates Agena Group’s ongoing commitment to creating meaningful social value and supporting organisations that make a tangible difference in their communities.
