Tracy Westall Joins Agena Group as Non-Executive Director

    We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Tracy Westall as Non-Executive Director on the Agena Group Advisory Board. Tracy brings 30 years of experience at board level in the digital and technology sector. 

    Tracy said of her appointment:

    I am delighted to join the Agena Advisory Board and bring support and advice to help Agena deliver on its business objectives and support its vison to disrupt the market, deliver customer value and use data to improve the sector operation.

    Agena has shown appetite to embrace new ideas putting technology and the use of data at the heart of its thinking. I hope using my wide-ranging business experience and independent thinking so we can continue the focus on doing the right thing for the right reason and firmly cement Agena as the leader in the sector”.

    Previously, Tracy was Board Director and Director of Corporate Services of midlands tech firm, SCC plc, as well as Director of GBSLEP where she was responsible for stimulating innovation in the West Midlands. She sat on the Smart City Commission, Birmingham Science City Board, championed the Digital Leaders West Midlands program and supported the West Midlands Mayor through the West Midlands Digital Advisory Board.

    Currently, Tracy is a Non-Executive Director at Oracle, DSP-Explorer and Zaizi Ltd. Tracy is Chair at Curium Solutions, an employee-owned trust.  

    In addition to being a Non-Executive Director at the Department for Transport she is also Non-Executive Director at WM5G Ltd, Birmingham Tech Week, a former Advisory Board Member for Bruntwood Scitech Birmingham, a former Governor at Birmingham City University and founder of her own board advisory business helping businesses scale-up.

    She was recognised as the Digital Leaders West Midlands Champion in 2018 and was formerly a Non-Executive for the Coventry City of Culture 2021 Executive Board.

    Tracy spent several years on the Main Board of Tech UK, the trade association for the UK tech sector and has remained passionate about increasing diversity and inclusion in the sector, speaking regularly at events including Women in Tech Awards 2021 and was a judge for the CRN Diversity Awards 2022.

    Tracy joins Andy Parker, Agena Board Chairman, Helen Dolphin MBE and David Laws who were appointed as Agena Group’s inaugural Advisory Board members in 2022.
