Our commitment to ESG

our 2025 ESG Report sets out how we’re building for the long term – strengthening performance, reducing risk, and increasing our positive impact on the places and people we serve. Across Environmental, Social and Governance priorities, this report reflects our progress this year and where we’re focusing next as we continue to grow responsibly. From maintaining our Carbon Neutral certification and achieving 70% renewable electricity, to reducing warden churn by 70% and winning Employer of the Year, we’ve delivered measurable progress across all three pillars. Read more below and if you want to know more, we’d love to hear from you.

Our Clients

Our client relationships mean more than just business. We’re passionate about adding value by helping them to achieve their ESG goals – whether that’s through contributing to their social value initiatives or helping them to measure and reduce their own carbon footprint through the digital solutions and technology we provide.

Our Community

The nature of our business means that we have a presence in many communities across the UK. We are passionate about positively contributing to those communities and to our employees and clients. Our employee effort for fundraising and giving back to causes close to their hearts is an exceptional part of our work culture and is galvanised through our employee Engagement and Environmental Committees.

We support these efforts by gifting all employees two Volunteering Days in addition to annual leave that can be used for any volunteering activity of their choice.

Our People

Our people are our biggest asset which is why we focus on meaningful ways to provide opportunities for professional and personal growth, whilst supporting our employees during their time with us.

From fair pay through to professional development with apprenticeships and mentoring we take our responsibility for our employees to heart.

Governance

Behaving in an ethical way for our clients, their customers and our people is core to our values. We are proud to go above and beyond governance standards and in 2022 we retained ISO accreditation for Quality Management (ISO9001), Environmental Management (ISO14001), and Information Security Management (ISO27001). Our senior management structure provides the foundation for high performance across all areas of business and enables us to be in a position that responds to an ever-changing external environment.

Inclusion and Accessibility

The accessibility of our car park technology is core to the solutions we provide. Improving the experience of all car park users is what drives our passion for innovation. Our digital-first approach to car park technology is designed to supplement traditional solutions and provide choice for anyone using our car parks.

Giving back

At Agena Group, we take immense pride in actively participating in a diverse range of initiatives that align with our unwavering commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) responsibilities. This commitment is not merely a checkbox on our corporate agenda; it is an integral part of our DNA.

How do we keep up these standards…

The Environmental Committee was set up to harness the passion of our employees and to continue to push the business in going further to reduce our impact on the environment. See our committee in our 2022 ESG report.
