Apprenticeships

2022 saw the launch of our Apprenticeship program designed to offer development opportunities to employees as well as a way of attracting new talent. As a business we recognise how powerful a tool the Apprenticeship scheme is for professional development both internally and externally.

Bright Stars Mentorship

Bright Stars is a learning relationship, focused on long term career development. Its purpose is to drive personal growth, build skills, knowledge and understanding. Bright Stars is open to all employees within our Group that want to stretch themselves to grow and develop cultures for the better.

Mindful Employer

We are proud to be a member of the Mindful Employer scheme run by the Devonshire NHS Trust. By signing their Charter we have made a public declaration to support the mental health and wellbeing of our employees. Here’s what we are doing:

All managers receive annual recruitment and selection training to deepen their understanding of equality, inclusion and unconscious bias as well as accommodating additional needs at interview stage.

All employees will receive Mental Health e-Learning across Agena Group to support them in managing their own wellbeing. 

Managers receive Mental Health First Aid training to help identify and support those in need.
