Top Highlights from the Last 12 Months
- Carbon Neutral for the Second Consecutive Year
We achieved carbon neutrality again—well ahead of our original timetable—and refined our data gathering so we can keep reducing emissions across our offices and fleet. - Zero to Landfill
By partnering with sustainable waste management providers, our main sites are now sending zero general waste to landfill. It’s a crucial step toward reducing our overall environmental footprint. - A Year of Accolades
Our dedication to doing business the right way has been recognised with multiple honours, including CEO Paul Dawson’s “CEO of the Year” win, B2B Business of the Year at the Growing Business Awards, and a parking industry ‘Rising Star’ award. - Volunteering & Community Engagement
Thanks to new paid volunteer days, our teams supported countless local initiatives—whether clearing rubbish at Chesil Beach, helping run a festive community event in Sidley, or donating supplies to youth organisations. - Investing in Our People
We were thrilled to achieve ‘Investors in People’ status, reaffirming our dedication to professional development, well-being, and inclusive recruitment. Alongside this, we introduced a Neurodiversity Policy, expanded our apprenticeship scheme, and took further steps to support mental health awareness.
Looking Forward
While we’re proud of these achievements, we know there’s more to do. Our new three-year ESG strategy (2025–2027) will deepen our commitments, set even more ambitious carbon targets, and continue building a culture where every voice is heard.
