Paul Dawson
Paul Dawson, CEO of Agena Group, boasts 18 years of executive experience at Capita. He’s known for driving performance, spotting market opportunities, fostering excellence, and championing diversity. Key projects include the Criminal Records Bureau, TfL congestion charging, Capita’s IT services, and Ministry of Justice’s Electronic Tagging. Paul excels in dynamic business settings, emphasising growth, innovation, and organisation development. He’s passionate about empowering individuals for business success. Beyond work, he’s a family man, resides in Wirral, enjoys mountain walks, coaches junior football, and embraces new challenges.
Sam Samra
Sam Samra, Agena Group’s CFO, brings ver 20 years of Board-level experience across software, data, marine, and real estate sectors. A Chartered Accountant, he has delivered business transformation, equity growth, and investor value for leading private equity forms. Sam is known for his commercial acumen, collaborative leadership and ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight. Outside work, he enjoys golf and supporting his daughter’s netball team.
Carly Miller
As our CPO, Carly oversees our People Services function, managing all aspects related to our workforce within their functional areas. Carly is an experienced People professional, skilled in leading and implementing innovative People initiatives, including post-acquisition and scale-up phases. Her HR background spans financial, healthcare, and education sectors in the UK, Australia, Philippines, and South Africa. Carly excels in recruiting top talent, fostering innovation, aligning People initiatives with business goals, and driving positive change.
Alex Cooke
Deep Sen
Deep Sen, Agena Group’s Chief Revenue Officer, leads sales activities to boost revenue. He’s known for consultative client engagement and developing high-performing teams through coaching and mentoring. With prior experience as a Managing Director overseeing diverse services in Europe, Deep is skilled in driving growth and transforming businesses. Beyond work, he resides in Hertfordshire with his family and has a passion for international travel.
Stuart Maclaren
Marko Guljelmovic
Marko Guljelmovic, Agena Group’s European Managing Director, leads the Group’s expansion across continental Europe. With several years of leadership experience in the parking industry, including as CEO of a private parking operator in Germany, he has a proven record in digital transformation and operational excellence. Marko focuses on growing Agena’s presence and delivering innovative parking and mobility services in key European markets.
Craig Johnson
Craig Johnson, Agena Group’s Strategic Development Director, focuses on how to drive new market entry and growth across the group. A qualified accountant with 12+ years’ experience across multiple management consulting and commercial disciplines, he is an experienced commercial leader in the technology space, who takes a keen interest in the personal development of his teams. Outside of work, Craig is a keen golfer, but is happiest when spending time with his young children, Milo and Lottie.
Paul Henson
Paul Henson, Agena Group’s CFO, manages financial functions, leveraging over 15 years of experience in finance, business leadership, and corporate strategy. Formerly a Finance Director at Capita Plc, Paul excels in guiding major acquisitions, optimising financial processes, and enhancing staff performance. His unique strength lies in blending traditional financial expertise with data analytics for informed decision-making. Outside work, Paul enjoys sailing and staying active. He resides in Nottingham with his family.
Andrew Tyler
Agena Group’s Chair, brings over 35 years of executive and non-executive experience across industrials, business services, and technology. A former Group CEO of Algeco Group and European Chief Executive of Northrop Grumman, he is recognised for building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results. A Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and a CBE recipient, Andrew also serves as a Senior Advisor to Blackstone and chairs several private equity–backed companies.
Tracy Westall
OBE
Tracy brings 30 years of board-level experience in the digital and technology sector. She holds multiple Non-Executive Director positions, including roles at the Department of Transport, Oracle, DSP-Explorer, West Midlands 5G, and Zaizi Ltd. Tracy also chairs Curium Solutions, an employee-owned trust. She’s been involved in various initiatives, including the Smart City Commission, Birmingham Science City Board, and Digital Leaders West Midlands program. Tracy is recognized as one of the Digital Leaders Top 100 and was named an Influential Woman in IT Channel by CRN in 2016. She’s a Digital Leaders West Midlands Champion and has a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion in tech, actively participating in events like the Women in Tech Awards 2021 and serving as a judge for the CRN Diversity Awards 2022.
Helen Dolphin
Helen is a committed campaigner on improving transport for disabled people.
Helen runs Dolphin Diversity where she advises government, public, commercial and professional bodies on how to improve accessibility. She is currently working for Great British Railways Transition Team as engagement lead for the National Rail Accessibility Strategy. Helen also runs People’s Parking which aims to drive up standards in the parking industry.
Helen is a member of the Disabled Persons Transport Advisory Committee (DPTAC), Chair of the East Midlands Rail Inclusivity Group, Joint Chair of the Heathrow Access Advisory Group, a member of the CAA consumer panel and Chair of the Motability Consumer Group.
David Laws
David Laws is an Adviser to GK. He is also Chairman of the Education Policy Institute and Education Partnerships Group and holds several other private sector and charitable roles.
He was MP for Yeovil from 2001 to 2015 and a Minister in the 2010-2015 Coalition government, at the Treasury, Education department and Cabinet Office.
Graduating with double first-class honors in economics from King’s College, Cambridge, he started his career at JP Morgan and then moved to BZW where he was Managing Director with responsibility for the US Dollar and Sterling Treasuries
